Dear ClassLink Customer,

In our continued efforts to improve the reliability and security of your ClassLink service, we have scheduled a system maintenance for Roster Server on Monday, July 11, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. This time frame will avoid any syncing conflicts since most of Roster Servers scheduled tasks occur after hours.

Will Roster Server be offline for the entirety of the scheduled maintenance? No. Maintenance will be performed on clusters. As the changes are cycled through all the clusters, individual Roster Server Consoles will be unavailable for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
