Dear ClassLink Customer,
We have scheduled system maintenance for ClassLink Gateway 2.0 on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, from 10pm to 11pm ET (2am to 3am UTC).
During the maintenance window, LaunchPad logins via ClassLink Gateway 2.0 may be intermittently impacted. In the rare event that your ClassLink Gateway 2.0 does not automatically reconnect after the maintenance is complete, your ClassLink Gateway 2.0 will need to be restarted. We intend to notify all those customers whose ClassLink Gateway 2.0 needs to be restarted.
This maintenance will not affect any other ClassLink systems or logins to LaunchPad other than those through Gateway 2.0.
