Update;

Rackspace, one of our hosting providers, has updated their status page. http://status.rackspace.com

On 29 June 2017, at 05:00 CDT, engineers became aware of an issue affecting multiple services and ticketing in all regions. Engineers are engaged and working to resolve the issue. During this time, a portion of customers may experience issues in accessing their services or accessing ticketing in their Control Panel.
