My Files slow response time

Hello everyone,

We identified an issue with one of our database replica servers. As a result, My Files was slow to respond. The server has been replaced and functionality has been restored. We will monitor the new servers and the overall system to ensure My Files is stable throughout the day. Thank you for your patience.
